Chocolate Hearts Recipe

So this is a recipe from my calendar : Chocolate Hearts.  My calendar is a chocolate calendar.

You need:

1lb chocolate any type

Chocolate molds

1. Finely chop the chocolate and pour 11/2 of it into a heatproof bowl.

2. Place bowl on top of a pot of simmering water, and stir until completely melted.  Remove from heat and add remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate and stir.  Place in molds.

3. Let cool in fridge, and take out once solid.  With practice you can start layering, or trying new shapes.
